 Ralph Tuijn (Netherlands), - after successful row across the Atlantic E-W in double with his brother Michael, is currently rowing solo the Pacific E-W from Callao, Peru to Brisbane, Australia.

 

Following her successful crossing of the Atlantic in 2006, Roz Savage is bidding to be the first woman ever to row solo across the Pacific Ocean. Her 3-stage row launches from San Francisco in July  2007

     
     for some very peculiar reason, Sam Williams has decided that it would be a good idea to attempt to become the 33rd person to row The Atlantic solo from the Canary Islands to Antigua, and equal the record for the youngest person ever to do it. Start is scheduled for  November 2007,

    Elin Haf Davies & Herdip Sidhu, two "nautical nurses" from GOSH are hoping to row across the Atlantic together in 55 days. Their Transatlantic Row from La Gomera to Antigua will start on 2 December 2007

    Niall McCann & James Burge (GB) - team Pan Atlantic are going to row the Atlantic E-W from La Gomera to Antigua. The start of the row is scheduled for December 2007
     
    Jim Hook &  Andrew Lothian (GB) - team Titanic Challenge from Belfast, Northern Ireland, intend to row across the Atlantic East - West. The start of the row is scheduled for December 2007
     
    Website of Angela Madsen (USA) & Franck Festor (France). Angela, a paraplegic from Long Beach, CA. & Frank, a tibial amputee from Merz, will be attempting to row the Atlantic E-W from La Gomera to Antigua on December 2007. Angela will be the first woman with disability to cross an ocean by oar.
     
    Andy Ehrhart, Mark Hefford, Nick Young and Justin Ellis (GB) - all Police Officers, - will row the Atlantic from La Gomera to Antigua starting in December 2007 with one goal in mind…: To be the fastest team in history to row across the Atlantic Ocean in their boat 4ROW4CF (former "Commando Joe".
     
    Anthony Taylor (GB) is planning to row the Atlantic E-W solo from La Gomera to Antigua in boat formerly known as "Gurka Spirit". The start is scheduled for January 2008

In June 2008 team of four Scillonians: Chris Jenkins, Tim Garrat, Joel Bond + 1 (the fourth team member t.b.a. due to tragic loss of Nathan Woodcock), - are planning to "row home" (from NY across the Atlantic to St. Mary's, the Isles of Scilly) in summer 2008.

     
 

Wave Vidmar will attempt to row across the North Atlantic Ocean, from USA to Europe, likely ending in England. He'll start in June 2008, in his custom, high-tech, hand-made 24 foot ocean row boat.
