Janos worked his gap year as a seaman sailing around the world.

His hobby is to ride motorcycles, namely Harley Davidson and Ducati, and spent time in Hungary working for motorcycle shop.

Janos is currently working in London.

His fellow countrymen Andrea Palos and Gabor Rakonczai, who themselves recently rowed the Atlantic,  will assist Janos with preparations for his row from Canaries to Antigua set for January 2008.
